Though open briefly in the spring of 2015 (neighborhood construction forced the restaurant to shutter), Soho Bay has now officially opened its doors, beckoning diners with its breathtaking views of Downtown Miami and Biscayne Bay (200 waterfront seats mean a guaranteed vantage point for all).
