Salumeria 104 - Coral Gables

Salumeria 104 doesn’t hide behind its name—which is the Italian word for deli, by the way. But it does do more than serve salumi (cold cuts). This latest venture from the graspa group (responsible for populating the city with Italian restaurants such as Spris Pizza, Spris, Segafredo L’Originale) is in the heart of Coral Gables. And despite the area’s proliferation of pasta joints, this one seems to stand out thanks to an affordably priced menu of authentic trattoria fare—think ravioli, pillowy gnocchi and charcuterie. Speaking of sliced meats, the restaurant boasts a small shop where you can get salumi and other Italian cuts to go.
