Time Out says

Two things that have been very played out in Miami lately: Italian restaurants and anything with a New York pedigree. But somehow, Rosemary’s Miami—a Wynwood outpost of the popular NYC spot—manages to make both feel fresh again. It’s a solid Italian restaurant with a charming urban garden, set in what used to be a shoe warehouse (you’d never guess from the warm design touches like cobblestone floors, rustic furnishings, and breezy awnings).

The real star? The on-site garden, which supplies many of the herbs and garnishes used throughout the menu. Look for a little rosemary sprig icon next to dishes that feature ingredients plucked straight from the garden.

The menu is tight and approachable, full of seasonal veggies, handmade pastas, and fresh seafood. The best dishes combine all three: the linguine with chopped Florida rock shrimp in a spicy lemon-bomba chili sauce was light but packed a punch. The tuna crudo, served over a garden herb purée with grapefruit segments, was crisp, bright, and unlike any crudo I’ve had before. The cavatelli with mixed mushrooms was pillowy and earthy in the best way, and the meatballs? Perfectly tender with a generous ricotta-to-meat ratio (read: lots of cheese). Also not to be missed: the gem salad, a clever take on a Caesar with puffed farro for extra crunch.

The vibe: Tuscan garden meets Brooklyn courtyard, right in the middle of Wynwood.

The food: Earthy, seasonal, and garden-fresh—most dishes feature herbs grown just steps away.

The drink: Italian aperitivos done right, plus bold Tuscan wines that stand up to all the flavor.

Time Out tip: Book a sunset table. Watching the sun dip behind Wynwood’s ever-growing skyline with a Rosemary’s Spritz in hand? A pinch-me Miami moment you didn’t know you needed.
