Pollos y Jarras

Peruvians are known for doing several things really well, rotisserie chicken being among them. And Pollos y Jarras, whose name literally translates to chicken and mugs, does both birds and beers just right. The magic happens downstairs at the massive rotary grilling spits, while upstairs you’ll find a laid-back dining room with large windows overlooking Downtown. The poultry-heavy menu features a smattering of Peruvian classics, including a lighter chicken version of the popular lomo saltado.
