Palomilla Grill

Palomilla Grill has changed considerably since opening its doors in 1975. First came the name change from Trianon in 1999. Then in 2016, under the guidance of second-generation owner Alex Rodriguez, the family-owned restaurant was thrust into the 21st century with a fresh design, a modernized menu and a selection of craft beers to rival any neighborhood gastropub. Fortunately, Rodriguez upheld tradition in the update, keeping old favorites, like the signature palomilla steak, while introducing inventive takes on classics such as the goat cheese or ropa vieja croquetas.
