Filipino cuisine is severely underrepresented in Miami, but this North Miami restaurant makes up for the lack of delicious lechón, longganisa and tapa elsewhere in the city. The space is small and nondescript but you’re there to eat—and that you will. Lutong serves a large variety of authentic dishes, including the kind picky eaters won’t even go near like pig heart stew and other offal.
