The Brickell outpost of Flagami’s 20-year-old Cuban spot Latin Cafe 2000 is a full-blown restaurant with a stocked bar (serving plenty of Havana Club mojitos, naturally), expansive outdoor seating and a true ventanita for your on-to-go cafecito needs. Outshined by the kind you’ll find at places like Versailles and Islas Canarias, the croquetas here fly under the radar and are some of the best in Miami. Portions are generous, as is true of most Cuban restaurants, but prices are considerably lower than anything else you’ll find in Brickell.
