La Centrale (CLOSED)

The sprawling 40,000-square-foot space (think Downtown’s own version of New York City’s Eataly) features several themed restaurants such as Ligurian-inspired seafood spot Pesce, a wine shop boasting cellars and a tasting room, and a dedicated kitchen for events and cooking classes. Each of its three stories holds different concepts, like casual grab-and-go and sit-down dining rooms.
