Filling up the hearts and bellies of Downtown Miami patrons since 2005, the family-owned restaurant has even earned the trust of diners beyond the neighborhood and deep into the tri-county area. Its homey Italian food is often likened to the real-deal dishes served in Milan, incidentally, where twin brother chefs and owners Roberto and Emanuele Bearzi are from. Fratelli’s menu is large, covering nearly every Italian region, and admittedly overwhelming. Zero in on the carpaccio di manzo and fiocchi de pera, tender pockets of fresh pasta filled with pear and taleggio cheese, and you won’t go wrong.
