Quick and affordable Mexican food doesn’t necessarily call for a trip to Taco Bell. Now that Austin import Chuy’s arrived in South Florida, it could be a short drive to Doral for authentic Tex-Mex at a price that won’t make you wish for a drive-through window. Dishes are huge, like the Chuy’s Famous Big As Yo’ Face burritos, and filled with lots of house-made ingredients, including a variety of salsas and hand-rolled tortillas. Expect a chill environment (standard for the area) and food that’s satisfying—both in taste and in value.
