With three locations in far corners of Miami, Chuck Wagon keeps the city satiated when it comes to downhome American fare and Western classics—think loaded omelettes, fried chicken and homemade biscuits with sausage gravy. This isn’t a place you go for salad, but an assortment of greens and mayo-laden platters do make the cut. Sweets skew more Miami than Georgia, with mango taking the place of peaches as the fruit of choice waffles and other sweets.
