There are lots of Asian influences in Peruvian food but on Thursday, September 3, La Mar goes full on Thai. The Brickell restaurant welcomes Chef Cake from eponymous (and now-shuttered) Cake Thai for a one-day dining experience, featuring signature dishes like the Pha Rad Prike, a Florida grouper in a spicy coconut cream sauce; and the Num Tok Moo, a marinated grilled pork served with toasted rice.
