One of the classier restaurants in Key West, Café Marquesa is a softly lit, elegant room with a low-key bar that serves chi-chi martinis. The menu, created by chef Susan Ferry based on seasonal availability, is similarly sophisticated. Porcini-dusted diver sea scallops are served with truffle butter, saffron risotto and Swiss chard, while a smoked salmon appetizer comes with blue corn cakes, crème fraîche and trout roe. It also has one of the most comprehensive wine lists in town.
