With Philippe Starck responsible for the stunning white and billowy surroundings and culinary guru Luciano Sautto in charge of the kitchen, the eyes are as well fed as the stomach. In fact, this is what it must be like to dine in heaven. Don’t believe us? Try the slow-braised ossobucco. Entrées are refined and Italian, with home-made pastas and fresh south Florida seafood. Veranda seating and an all-you-can-eat Sunday brunch add further appeal. (Just be warned that all this dreaminess comes with a high price tag.)
