At Beachcraft, Tom Colicchio marries his signature farm-to-table style with Mediterranean ingredients to create a breezy, seaside eatery that's perfect for South Beach. Dishes run the gamut from small and straightforward to decadent and complicated, but all adhere to the restaurant's focus on seasonal eating. Ingredients are culled from local farms or picked straight off various living walls on the premises. An open kitchen, full raw bar and incredible cocktail selection (including batched drinks!) round out the offerings.
