Heart Nightclub (CLOSED)

When it opened just over a year ago, Heart Nightclub faced a serious uphill climb. Miami’s 24-hour nightlife district already housed heavyweights Club Space and E11EVEN, and many questioned whether another dance club could carve out room for itself in such a saturated market. But Heart proved to be a small yet scrappy contender, booking a mix of underground and rising DJs you won’t find at EDM mega clubs like LIV. Heart is more intimate than some of its counterparts, and has vowed to cater to the average patron rather than bottle-ordering VIPS. Its dance floor, bathed in pink and blue lights, isn’t big enough to get lost on, but isn’t so cramped as to trigger one’s claustrophobia. The venue still lags behind many of Miami’s more well-known clubs, often struggling to stand out, but its philosophy of good music and good vibes has earned Heart some loyal fans.
