Open wide, there’s a champagne deluge coming our way: Clicquot Weekend returns with a stacked lineup of booze-soaked events beginning Thursday, March 12.

Ease into four days of drinking with a festive happy hour at the Standard Spa, Miami Beach from 5 to 7pm (it also runs Friday and Saturday) then move to the mainland for a prix-fixe French feast at Seaspice (reservations can be made online). On Saturday, Veuve takes over Amara at Paraiso’s rooftop for a scenic dinner overlooking Biscayne Bay. Crispy octopus with braised yuca and grilled escarole with chili oil, among other dishes, will be paired with the house’s pinot-noir driven prestige cuvée (booking online early is encouraged).

Is day drinking more your thing? Veuve hosts an al fresco soirée on Saturday from 11am to 7pm at Fontainebleau’s La Cote, featuring live music, a DJ and themed bites. On Sunday, stop by for yoga and lunch at the 1 Hotel South Beach. If you still have the energy to go, the weekend wraps up with a free, outdoor screening of There’s Something About Mary at Riverside beginning at 8pm.

You might remember the spirited Veuve Carnaval from years past. It was fun and attended by supermodels, but it only went on for a single afternoon. We think this new iteration will be more fun and, if nothing else, less conducive to a hangover—you can’t get sick if you never really sober up. Just remember to pace yourself.
