Coronavirus quarantine got you feeling a little bit antsy in the pants-y? As the city of Miami, along with the rest of the country, continues to head toward a de facto lockdown, many of our beloved gyms and boutique studios have temporarily closed up shop.
Luckily, several of them are taking advantage of the abundance of free streaming services—from Zoom to Hangouts to Instagram and Youtube—and offering up online classes to help you destress and stay fit, healthy and happy from the safety and comfort of home.
When it comes time to change out of your new work uniform (anyone else struggling with permanent pajama life?) and suit up for a sweet at-home sweat sesh, these heroic Miami gyms, studios and fitness instructors have got you covered. This list will be updated as we learn more.
