Coconut Grove’s incredible renaissance continues, and this time the transformation is happening waterfront. This month, the new mixed-use development Regatta Harbour welcomes Bayshore Club to the neighborhood, and she’s a looker.

Grove Bay Hospitality Group (Stubborn Seed, Stiltsville and Glass & Vine, among others) is behind the impressive indoor/outdoor restaurant that's located just steps from Scotty’s Landing, Dinner Key and the former Pan American seaplane terminal.

Designed by Celano Design Studio, Bayshore Club is sprawling with 300 seats, a commanding center bar and a dock, where boaters looking to dock and dine are greeted by a postcard-style mural that reads “Greetings from Miami.” For your post-meal hangs, there’s a lawn with cabanas, lounge setups, games and fire pits, all designed to make you feel as though you were on vacation miles away.

Stiltsville’s Jeff McInnis helms the seafood-forward menu that dabbles in Latin cuisine and fish shack favorites. Highlights include a whole fried snapper, crab causa, grilled fish tacos, low country shrimp ‘n’ grits and raw bar specialities like crab claws and oysters. The cocktail program skews tropical with obvious nods to the setting—think a Marina Mule and the Pan American.

Bayshore Club opens to the public on Monday, July 25, serving lunch and dinner daily. Brunch will be available on the weekends, joining a small list of waterfront restaurants in Miami where you can pair your Bloody Mary with views of Biscayne Bay.
