MOCA’s monthly concert series turns up the heat with a performance by Cuban trombonist Julio Montalvo. Part of the museum’s Caribbean month celebration, the multi-hyphenate musician’s set features Afro-Cuban rhythms and Latin jazz. As always, guests are invited to browse the museum for free before the show.

This two-character play takes place during a drug-fueled evening as a competitive young actress contends with her equally pugnacious playwright father. They project insults, bruise egos and skewer the theater establishment in a scabrous dramedy penned by Halley Feiffer, daughter of celebrated cartoonist Jules Feiffer.
