Daydreaming about hanging with friends this summer (fingers crossed) has us thinking about burgers, perhaps the comfort food we crave the most when we’re outdoors or grilling poolside. We’ll be flipping patties soon enough but, in the meantime, we’re leaving it to the experts to get our fix. The best burgers in Miami are big, juicy, beautiful creations you can, thankfully, still get at restaurants across the city. Ahead of National Burger Day (May 28) and in honor of National Burger Month (May!), we put together a guide to Miami’s best burgers you can currently get delivered or, in some cases, pick up to-go from your favorite local restaurants.
Kush
We love this burger so much that we welcomed it (and the restaurant that makes it) into Time Out Market Miami. The market’s still closed but the Wynwood spot continues to sling these babies daily. Gets yours for takeout or delivery and be sure to throw in a side of 50/50 fries (sweet potato and regular) when you order. No need to send us a thank-you note.

Love Life Café
A curveball for our vegan friends, this plant-based beauty is a favorite of carnivores and nonmeat-eaters alike. It’s also won awards, but isn’t that obvious? Just look at that avocado spread poking out from the glistening, toasted bun. Get it right now for takeout and delivery.

Le Tub
The famous 13-ounce sirloin behemoth is waiting for you at this waterfront burger joint. Sadly, you can’t enjoy it on Le Tub’s sunny deck but you can still get every inch of this nationally renowned dish (seriously, even Oprah’s raved about it) for pickup.

Jr’s Gourmet Burgers
The 2017 winner of SOBEWFF’s Burger Bash is selling its crowned creation alongside other serious burgers—which are piled high with heaping patties and no shortage of toppings. They’re taking delivery orders via UberEats and Postmates as well as pickup by calling the restaurant: 786-360-5347 but orders must be paid in advance.

Pincho Factory
This local chain is serving up over-the-top burgers any way you want ’em—on tostones, topped with bacon, covered in cheese. Plus, they’ve got specials, like the burger of the month (think a crazy quesadilla creation) and special collabs with folks like BurgerBeast. Takeout and delivery are available at all locations.

Blue Collar
This MiMo spot specializes in comfort food so, naturally, it also makes an excellent dry-aged cheeseburger, featuring a patty made from NY strip. A Portuguese muffin subs in for the classic bun and it does a great job. Get yours for pickup (a masked, glove-wearing human will walk it to your car and drop it in your trunk) or for delivery via most of the major apps.

Le Chick
Their Royale with cheese is the closest thing you’ll get to an In-N-Out burger on the east coast—and we’re big fans. It’s pricey to compared to most of the options on this list (hovering around $20 with all the fixings) but you can get it for 15-percent off now when you call up the restaurant (786-216-7086) and choose pickup. Delivery via UberEats and Postmates is also available, but you won’t burn as many calories this way as you would walking to your car. It’s always better to earn your burger, right?

Ariete/Taurus
The sister restaurants double down on their burger selections with two incredible offerings: Ariete’s signature Chug Burger (think a homespun version of a Big Mac) and the iconic Proof burger (from the now-defunct restaurant) available weekly (you'll have to follow Taurus on IG to find out when) and by reservation, which you’ll have to call to make happen: 305-640-5862.

Pinch Kitchen
Usually a lunch and brunch special, Pinch’s sought-after burger is now a regular for takeout and delivery Tuesday through Sunday. It’s a lovely, hangover-curing eight-ounce beef burger topped with swiss cheese and caramelized onions nestled between two pillowy brioche buns. Get yours online or by calling 305-631-2018.
