October 3 will mark the return of Citi Cinema Series at SoundScape, one of our favorite outdoor movie nights in Miami. What makes it so cool, you ask?
Well, imaginary person we’ve invented to help us get to the point, to start, the SoundScape Cinema Series takes place right outside the gorgeous New World Center. Guests are invited to spread out in the equally gorgeous SoundScape park, a rare chunk of green space in South Beach. The whole thing is really quite romantic, especially during the lovely fall nights we have heading our way.
Plus, this season’s movie lineup is really, really great. Things kick off on October 3 with a screening of the ‘80s classic The NeverEnding Story (in honor of the film’s 35th anniversary). Movies will screen every Wednesday after that through May. There will be showings of Isle of Dogs (October 10), A Quiet Place (October 24), Black Panther (December 26), 2001: A Space Odyssey (January 16) and many more classic and modern films. Did we mention it’s all free?
Check out the whole list over at news.edu and definitely do not sneak wine into these screenings. It’s illegal and Time Out would never suggest such a thing!
