The new 10,000-square-foot destination sounds like the epitome of opulence. According to an official press release, members will have access to personal cellars for storage, temperature controlled lockers, exclusive tastings, curated events and more. Most importantly, they'll get to sample rare and vintage wines sourced from vineyards all around the world.

“The opening of Terroir Club marks a new chapter in Miami Beach’s luxury and cultural scene,” said Eugene Profis, the founder of the concept, in an official press release. “Miami Beach is a city of visionaries and tastemakers and Terroir Club offers an unparalleled member experience where the most discerning of guests can celebrate a shared passion for wine and form social connections on a deeper level.”

In addition to wine-adjacent programming and offerings, the space will allow members to "relax, network and indulge" in the courtyard, at mounted art exhibits and live music performances, literary salons and the on-site restaurant, led by a still-unnamed chef from a Michelin starred restaurant. Also on deck are curated chef dinners with wine pairings.

Members will also get the chance to book private dining rooms for all sorts of events. The largest one can accommodate up to 50 guests at once.

Such luxurious offerings naturally come with a hefty price tag, though.

There are two tiers of membership available, each one offered alongside a $4,000 initiation fee. The Terroir Silver Membership will cost $260 a month and include a 40-bottle personal locker storage with unlimited club access. The Terroir Gold Membership, on the other hand, will afford you unlimited access and a 100-bottle personal locker storage for $360 a month.
