It’s not very often you can feel good about tucking into a heaping bowl of dan dan noodles—or is it? At The Rogue Panda, Time Out Market Miami’s new plant-based Chinese eatery, indulging in your favorite Asian dishes isn’t just satisfying, but it’s also sustainable and tasty.

Opening on Friday, May 27, The Rogue Panda redefines our approach to plant-based dining—one fresh, delicious meal at a time. Equal parts indulgent and eco-conscious, the mouthwatering dishes served at the meatless spot are loaded with rich, umami flavors.

You can forget the greasy Chinese takeout you’re used to, and the animal proteins you’ve come to expect: Culinary innovators from Momofuku and Eleven Madison Park conceived a menu that’s chock-full of instant plant-based favorites like the slippery dumplings made with Napa cabbage, Impossible™ Pork and pickled daikon topped with a spicy Sichuan sauce. There’s also the hangover-curing Rogue “egg” roll that’s stuffed with shiitake mushrooms and pickled veg and served with a sweet chili sauce. Yes, it’s fried but life is about balance.

Ready to break up with regular Chinese food for good? Feed your cravings for all things, spicy, sweet, salty, peanut-y and umami starting this Friday when The Rogue Panda brings its vegetable-forward delights to South Beach.
