Spending our days at home gives us more time to devote to things that require extra attention, like pets and plants. If you’re not ready to commit to an animal, how about easing into parenthood with a lovely houseplant?

Fairchild Botanic Tropical Garden—Miami’s lush, 83-acre tropical splendor—launches its 41st annual spring sale online today. Known for its rare varieties and exotic blooms, this “safer at home” edition of the highly anticipated seasonal event features the same selection but with the added convenience of home delivery.

The sale begins today for Fairchild members, which also receive a 10-percent discount with code “member” at checkout, and on Saturday, April 18, for the general public. Too eager to wait? Become a Fairchild member right now and start using some of your benefits—like the discount—right away. Contactless deliveries will begin next week and are limited to a 15-mile radius, which includes Brickell, Downtown and neighborhoods as far north as the Design District. Orders over $500 will be delivered for free.

So why shop Fairchild? Think bright, fragrant beauties like the pink clusia (Clusia orthoneura), Mexican shrimp plant (Justicia brandegeeana) and Begonia honeysuckle (Begonia dichroa ‘Honeysuckle), among other unique plants you likely won’t find elsewhere. Now, if you’ll excuse us, we forgot to water our orchid.
