How’s everyone’s at-home barista game going a few weeks into quarantine? Are we still frothing and foaming things or did we all but give up and go straight for the black stuff?

Folks in the latter camp, there’s an easy way to liven up your DIY java: Miami-based Per’La Specialty Roasters’ newly launched blend. The medium-bodied brew won’t just give your kitchen coffee a boost, but it’ll also help give back to the local restaurant industry. For every pink-labeled bag sold, Per’La will donate $5 (12 oz bag) or $10 (2 lb bag)—depending on the size sold—to the Miami Relief Fund. The more you buy, the more they give to the places who’ve supported them by carrying their coffee.

If you’re not familiar with Per’La, it’s the local purveyor behind the specialty blends sold at Time Out Market Miami and at dozens of bars and restaurants throughout the city and South Florida. The boutique roasters also have an adorable shop in Coral Gables that’s currently selling bags of its artisanal assortment to-go.
