You can try to convince us otherwise, but the spritz will always be our go-to summer cocktail. It’s bubbly, generously iced, can be as boozy or light as you like, and is typically served in an oversized, thin-stemmed vessel that says, “I’m here to party” in the most classy way possible.
In blistering hot Miami, we’re no strangers to this benevolent beverage. In fact, our favorite Miami watering holes and restaurants are acutely attuned to the life-giving power of the summer spritz and have written their menus accordingly. Seeking a refreshing antidote to the record-high heat? Look no further than our guide to the best summer spritzes in Miami.
