By now you’ve heard of, played or made fun of people who’ve played Pokémon Go—an augmented reality game that uses your phone’s GPS to push you into oncoming traffic guide you around the city in search of Pokémon creatures. Even though Miami isn’t necessarily a pedestrian city conducive to chasing imaginary monsters, that doesn’t mean there aren’t legions of locals slowing their cars down to catch Rattata (the app works if you drive at speeds less than 20 miles per hour) or wandering the beaches seemingly aimlessly in search of Pikachu.
