In these divisive times, surely there is one thing we can all get behind: breakfast. Anyone not willing to wrestle a stranger over the last slice of brioche French toast is no friend of ours, sir.
So naturally, we’re pretty pumped for a new event heading to Miami this week called BreakfastClub. The traveling culinary gathering is part networking/part celebration of unconventional yet delicious breakfast foods. BreakfastClub intentionally partners with talented chefs and restaurants who aren’t traditionally known for breakfast. The results are surprising and worthy of a good plate-licking.
BreakfastClub comes to 27 Restaurant on Thursday, October 19, and Fooq’s this Friday, October 20. Tickets run $30 per person and attendance is usually capped at 20 to 50 people in order to foster a more communicative atmosphere. Guests will enjoy a main dish, two sides, coffee or tea and a goody bag with a surprise gift inside. Tickets are available now via breakfastclub.tocktix.com. Stay hungry, Miami.
