Some of the coolest, most out-there beers on the market are coming from this family-owned brewery deep in the heart of Doral. Owners Daniel Chocron, Ignacio Montenegro, Iker Elorriaga and Juan Manuel Torres focus on experimentation and no style is off limits—from sours and barrel-aged stouts to lagers. Tripping taproom is massive, boasting an impressive 2,400 square feet that house a lounge area, a mini arcade and a 15-seat bar where trippy hour takes places daily from 4:20pm to 7pm.
