The speakeasy trend is alive and well in Coral Gables, where inventive American restaurant Seek + Find has launched a secret bar upstairs. Now that we’ve revealed its location, what exactly is covert about Room 25? To start, the stairs you’ll climb to reach the second-floor bar aren’t immediately visible from the downstairs restaurant. Then, you’ll need a password to gain entrance, which you can only get via the bar’s Instagram account. If it seems like too much work for a cocktail, fans Old Fashioneds might be persuaded to jump through hoops for a drink—Room 25 has three different kinds on its menu along with other Prohibition-era drinks.
