No trip to Homestead is complete without a stop by Miami Brewing Company. The enormous taproom, located on the property of Schnebly Redland's Winery, has pool tables, rows of picnic tables and a huge projector screen for sporting events. The outside space is roughly the size of a strip mall parking lot. It includes a stage, more seating and more corn hole. Miami Brewing takes glorious advantage of Homestead’s wide open spaces, yet still feels like a friend’s house. And the beer, always creative, doesn't disappoint. The Big Rod Coconut Ale is a cult favorite brew some Miamians swear by.
