Coliving space Roam welcomes this new hang for nomads and local wanderlusters: a mix of restaurant, bar and lounge that’s inspired by watering holes across the state. “From Ybor City to St. Augustine, we traveled to different places in Florida learning whatever we could,” says Casa Florida cofounder Gaston Gonzalez, who plans to invite mixologists from other cities to the bar on a regular basis. In keeping with the wanderluster theme, Casa Florida’s indoor lounge will be inside a converted 1965 GM bus while its bar fits neatly inside an old shipping container.
