On this tour we’re explore the highlights of the Santa Maria la Ribera borough. Rather than look at this neighborhood as a place trapped in time, we’re forward-focused on the unseen potential.
The starting point is colonia Roma and from there we’ll head to breakfast at Chilakillers. After eating we’ll explore the neighborhood, starting with the Kiosco Morisco. This Josa Ramón Ibarrola-designed building was declared a National Artistic Monument by INAH, the Instituto Nacional de Antropologia e Historia (National Institute of History and Anthropology).
The historical pieces of our walk continue on as we check out Casa Equis, as well as the Geology and Chopo museums. Last but not least we’ll sit down for a delicious meal at Maria Ciento38.
