Time Out says

Between Tulum and Akumal, in the Mayan Riviera, you’ll find an oasis called Bahía Soliman. Although you will mostly find bungalows, mansions and villages, anyone can visit the beaches on the bay, which are favored by the locals since they don’t get crowded and allow you to enjoy the landscape with your family and friends.

We suggest visiting the Chamicos restaurant, located at the end of the road. Here you can enjoy fried fish, ceviche, guacamole and nachos. Tables have a wonderful, privileged view of the beach and there are inflatable games for children.

In Soliman’s waters you can go snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boarding, or just swim peacefully along the shore. The sand is white and it is possible to find snails, shells and colorful rocks sure to get the kids’ attention.
