Ever dreamed of having a vineyard in your background? You’re in luck because these luxuriously converted shipping containers are back in Victoria’s wine regions for another year.
The Wine Down Pop Up is essentially two eco-luxury pods, crafted from old shipping containers, filled with high-end finishes, a luxury bathroom and a taste of the region mini bar for guests to enjoy. The pods will move across two popular wine regions from March to June including the Mornington Peninsula and Rutherglen.
Guests can wake up among the vines with a breakfast hamper before spending the day exploring the local wine region. Back at the pod, guests even have access to their own private pizza oven, as well as reverse-cycle cooling and heating, an estate bottle of wine, complimentary tea and coffee and a private wine tasting experience to top it all off.
The boutique pods are open at Montalto on the Mornington Peninsula between March 29 and April 26. Then, the pods will move to the family-owned all Saints Estate in Rutherglen from May 5 to June 2.
