Time Out says

International Women’s Day's theme of ‘Balance for Better’ will be put into practice at Arbory Afloat with two free yoga classes on Friday, March 8.

The floating restaurant and bar will be transformed into an open-air studio for an hour-long yoga session. If you're an avid yogi or are just keen on waking up early and get a stretch in, this class is for you.

Amy Dunstan, Happy Melon’s senior instructor will lead the class, so get ready to do a few asanas and master that downward dog. You won’t need to carry your yoga mats to the venue as Lululemon mats will be provided. And to make the start of your morning even more fulfilling, the crew on board will serve a light breakfast and fresh juice after the class.

There are two sessions that you can book into: 7am and 8.30am. You can book a free spot here – but be quick, it's booking out fast.
