[title]The Summer Night Market at Queen Vic Market is attracting record crowds this summer, offering more than 60 global street food stalls, refreshing drink selections and a vibrant summer atmosphere.
Time Out has selected its favourite stalls and is presenting the ultimate Queen Victoria Night Market Summer Night Market tour. The markets’ food quality controller, Street Food Stall Recruiter, Spiros Foscolos, aided by the lovely Time Out tour guides, will take you on this money-can’t buy experience to hear the stories behind the food and sample the tastiest morsels.
Try a crispy chicken bao from Wonderbao and a MoMo dumpling from Nepal Dining Room. Experience egg hoppers from Hoppers and Devil, four-cheese spaghetti from That's Amore and ten-hour smoked beef short ribs from Burn City Smokers. For dessert, expect everyone’s favourite loukoumades, Taki's Balls.
The lucky tour winners will get drink tokens and access to a VIP area close to all the bars if you’re keen to wet your whistle.
