You might have heard, but Tasmania is so hot right now. From incredible island getaways to jaw-dropping festivals, the Apple Isle is synonymous with vast wilderness, wild art and of course, excellent food and wine.
Pure South Dining is hosting a festival dedicated to Tasmanian food and wine, and the best bit is all food and tastings are included. There will be more than 20 wine producers with more than 100 drops available for tasting, including Tamar Ridge, Moores Hill Estate, Kreglinger Wine Estates and Bream Creek Vineyard.
And don't forget about the food. On the menu will be dishes made from Nicols Chicken, Scottsdale Pork, Pyengana Dairy and Huon Salmon.
Tickets are $99 and include all tastings, food and a Revel glass to take home.
