Toby’s Estate has long been known as the go-to spot if you take your coffee seriously. Not only do they source the beans directly from farmers they know personally, but they put coffee front and centre (where it belongs).  They've recently opened a new location in Fitzroy and coffee is the star of the show. Located on Rose Street, customers can pull up a chair around a central bar and watch the barista wizards at work. Pretty good, if you ask us.  To celebrate the opening of their new flagship café, Toby’s Estate is throwing a shindig on Saturday, February 8 from 9am to 12pm. Enjoy killer tunes while you sip on your free espresso-based coffee, getting you pumped for the day ahead. Expect a coffee menu as diverse as Melbourne’s coffee culture itself, featuring a wide range of specialty brews—from flavor-focused blends and single origins to an innovative frozen coffee menu. Coffee lovers, this one’s for you: free monthly tastings featuring their rotating Single Origins. Whether you're a seasoned connoisseur or just enjoy a good cup, Toby’s tastings are the perfect way to explore new flavours and dive into the stories behind each brew.
