Time Out says

Tacos, tequila and the cruisy riverside ambience of the Yarra – is there a sweeter trio? Apparently not, according to the team at Arbory Afloat, who are throwing a joyous taco and tequila party on March 21 with the help of their Sydney friends El Primo Sanchez and Ricos Tacos. Salud!

The ticketed party is happening as part of the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival program and celebrates Cirque du Soleil's new show Luzia, which is running at Flemington Racecourse from March 24-26.

Venture onto Afloat's deck to sample the tacos, which will be a combination of street-food favourites and unexpected flavour combos. Then wash it all down with a bespoke cocktail menu that includes plenty of tequila and mezcal concoctions, created by Eduardo Conde and Stefano Catino from El Primo Sanchez and the Maybe Sammy group.

Remember to bring your dancing shoes. There'll be entertainment, mirror balls and DJs to create an energetic atmosphere that all three venues are famous for.

Tickets cost $89 a head and include two hours of unlimited tacos and Patrón cocktail on arrival. Get yours up here.
