Time Out says

Originally built in the 1890s, in Venetian gothic style, the Richmond Town Hall became the Richmond City Hall during the 1930s where the façade got an Art Deco remodel. It got another modern makeover in 1991 blending old and new. The main hall space can accommodate up to 200 people for events such as dinners, and trivia nights.
