A Le Cordon Bleu-trained pâtisserie chef is dishing up special French pastries this weekend only. Jonathan Camilleri, who specialises in both pâtisserie and boulangerie (a win for all lovers of carbs), has been running an online pastry delivery service since lockdown and is now setting up his first pop-up pastry shop in Abbotsford.
Expect to sample and take home cookies, madelines, and various tarts and eclairs in a wide range of flavours. Buttery, crispy and flaky, all that's missing is a cup of tea.
Pastry Up by Patisserie by JC will take place on Saturday, May 1 and Sunday, May 2 from 9am until 3pm at 7 Henry Street, Abbotsford.
