Award-winning Japanese bartender Hiroyasu Kayama is coming to Melbourne to take us through Nikka whisky on September 15. The masterclass is running over three sessions on the same night, and Kayama will guide whisky lovers through a series of six cocktails made using Nikka whiskies. Each cocktail will be made using local ingredients to complement the whiskies' rich flavours.
Tickets are $130, and you get six cocktails and snacks.
