Time Out says

Haven’t thought of a Mother’s Day pressie yet? Pullman on the Park has made it easy with a brunch experience to make your mum feel like a queen on Sunday May 12. They will be serving up their renowned buffet (with a few special touches) to celebrate one of the most important days of the year, and Mums are invited to indulge for half the price of a regular ticket.

It’s all happening in the Cliveden Bar and Dining, where you will find a smorgasbord of savoury and sweet delights (some with a pink twist) created by Executive Chef David Albert. Alongside fare like sourdough grilled cheese sandwiches, scrambled-egg tartlets with crispy bacon, there will be fresh seafood, paella, Tasmanian grass-fed rump and a beef carvery station set up to live out a Spanish or Italian food fantasy.

After you’ve satisfied your savoury tooth, your sweet tooth will be overjoyed with the range of desserts on offer. Pink macarons and a live crepe station will sit alongside a pink chocolate fountain, because what more could you want on such a special day? Special Dilmah cocktails will also be on offer, mixing tea with alcohol into some very pleasant tipples.

Tickets to the brunch are $99, but Mums will dine for $50 as a way of saying thank you for being such a superhero every day of the year. Book online to make sure you don’t miss out.
