The Provincial Hotel might be known for its gold star views and fancy rooftop brunches but make no mistake – they're just as footy mad as any other Melbourne pub. Find out for yourself on Saturday, September 28 when the Fitzroy favourite hosts its own Grand Final Day celebrations.
The game day party is happening across all three levels of the pub (including that mint rooftop). Looking to start the celebrations as soon as you roll out of bed? The Provincial is offering a pre-game bottomless brunch from 10am on the rooftop. Enjoy bottomless waffles topped with everything from artisan cheeses to prosciutto, fruit and deluxe honies alongside bottomless lip-smacking bourbon cocktails, beer, wine and sparkling.
Stay chilling out on the rooftop if you like – that’s where you’ll find the massive Jumbotron screen – or head down to level one for when the match kicks off at 2pm. That’s where you’ll find a bottomless Grand Final Day package that’ll have you wanting for nothing during the game (except possibly a few different calls from the umpires at the ‘G). The level one package includes bottomless selected beers, wine and spirits plus platters of footy snacks.
