Geelong Arts Centre

Plonked conveniently close to the train station, Geelong  Arts Centre has a solid mix of theatre, comedy, music and dance routinely appearing on its stages. It's a great place to catch that artist or comedian if their Melbourne shows sell out (book a hotel and make a weekend of it), and is situated right by some of the city's best restaurants (including Igni).
