This Easter Sunday, Sofitel Melbourne On Collins is hosting an Easter high tea event concocted by pastry chef David Hann.
Guests can dig into a dessert collection that looks almost too good to eat. The event will be a buffet-style meal taking place in either the lobby level Sofi's Lounge or up high on the 35th floor at the hotel's No35 restaurant.
The menu will feature a host of Easter-inspired chocolate desserts including a coconut and mango egg cup, a French couverture chocolate fountain, hot savoury dishes and a glass of sparkling on arrival.
Easter high tea will take place over two sittings on Sunday, April 21, the first from noon-2pm and the second from 3-5pm. The high tea will set you back $109 per person with a glass of sparkling or you can upgrade to Champagne Taittinger for $135 per person.
