Time Out says

Join the best-selling American author and humourist David Sedaris for an evening filled with satirical stories, astute observations, unpublished tales, audience Q&As and book signings.

Following the success of the recent New York Times best-seller Happy-Go-Lucky, which Sedaris regards as his darkly personal best, the author will be sojourning in Melbourne as part of his 2023 Australian Tour.

Sedaris has peppered many pages with his razor-sharp critique and sardonic wit, regularly contributing to The New Yorker, and has written a number of books and personal essays, including Naked, Me Talk Pretty One Day, Dress Your Family in Corduroy and Denim, When You Are Engulfed in Flames, Let’s Explore Diabetes with Owls, Theft By Finding: Diaries (1977-2002), Carnival of Snackery and The Best of Me.

Don’t miss one of America’s pre-eminent humour writers as he graces Melbourne’s Hamer Hall on February 6 and 7, 2023. Pick up tickets for An Evening with David Sedaris on Arts Centre Melbourne's website.
