Time Out says

There's nothing like bottomless booze, upbeat DJs and tasty food to put you in a dang good mood. That's why Cookie is throwing an epic Summer Soirée party every weekend through December and January celebrating all of the above in style.

Described as a "culinary and musical love affair that transcends the ordinary", revellers are invited to flock to Cookie's beer hall for a booze-fuelled leisurely lunch and toast to the sun-soaked season with great company. Expect free-flowing Spritzes, Mimosas, wine, beer and cider, alongside a thoughtfully curated menu of Thai-inspired eats like sweet and sour pork omelettes, deep-fried chicken wings drizzled with Thai barbecue sauce and grilled pork bao buns. Of course, there'll also be dreamy pillows of tofu, to keep the veg crowd happy.

Some of Melbourne's hottest DJs will be on the decks to keep the vibes high all arvo with uplifting Balearic beats, while the beautiful balconies adjoined to the hall offer a great vantage point to catch all the action on Swanston Street down below.

Tickets cost $80 per person for a 90-minute sesh, and you can book in for either a 12pm or 2pm slot at the website. See you there!
